Do any of your menu items contain Gluten?

The items that contain gluten of course are all of our breaded products. Since our bone-in wings are not breaded and not cooked in the same oil as the breaded wings they are gluten free. Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce, Hawaiian Sauce, and Teriyaki Sauce have some form of thickening agent that could be a gluten derivative.
